General Nick Halley is a recognized expert on leadership, terrorism, change management and integrity. His leadership expertise was learned and developed under the most stressful conditions — combat. His impressive background as a senior leader in the military, government and corporate worlds include:

	•	Nuclear Physics Masters Degree from the University Of Virginia
	•	Graduate of the Army War College
	•	Command of our soldiers in three conflicts — Vietnam, Grenada and Desert Storm (Iraq)
	•	Army Paratrooper
	•	Army Ranger
	•	Special Operations (Anti-Terrorist) Veteran

Significant Military Career Highlights:

• Assistant Professor of Mathematics at West Point

• Many years with the U.S. Army's premier fighting organization — the 82nd Airborne Division

• His final military assignment was the Commanding General of the Artillery and Rocket Forces in Desert Storm where he led thousands of our soldiers in Combat in Iraq

Distinguished Civilian Career Highlights:

• After retirement from the military, Nick had a distinguished civilian career at the Director / Vice President / General Manager level in several prestigious international electronics organizations to include Motorola.
